1) The fur will not be applied to bottom parts of the plywood because it affects the stability of the tree

2) Fur will not be applied to insides of the tree because it makes it super hot inside. For colder regions you can put a home blanket inside to make it more warm but we cannot provide full fur coverage from inside

3) The exposed plywood is not harmful in any way to the cats. The exposed plywood will have have some printed things which is a drawback of using commercial plywood

4) We make sure that fur is applied 100% in all corners till the end of dispatch. Kindly make note that during transit there is friction which might make some fur ends come out. In this case kindly apply fevicol to re-paste those

5) We use Faux fur 

Regular Maintenance is required. There are 3 ways to do fur cleaning.

1) Run your bare hands over the fur surface in one direction for many times until the bigger particles gather at one place

2) Take a mildly damp cloth to remove all the fine dust and then let the tower dry under the fan for half hour

3) Use of Vaccuum cleaner is the easiest way to clean it all

There is one way to clean the rope on the pillars:

1) Use a mildly damp cloth to collect all hair and dust particles in one place and remove them

Please note:

Do not try to wash the tower with excessive water otherwise it will damage the whole thing.

1) We avoid use of plastic as much as possible but if your product was packed in plastic then it is for prtection from water and damage caused by rough manhandling of the products in transit

2) We do not provide paper manual, we have digital manuals and assembly videos on Youtube #savepaper

3) We send screws in left-over cardboard tubes or leftover cardboard scraps

4) Leftover fur is used to make the famous toy Mousey Singh

5) We do not dispose our waste! Our waste is given to the village behind our workshop for free. They use it for various purposes

6) We employ local villagers and give them good salaries which are better than the salary they get when they migrate to big cities
