Chota Pakoda requires 15-20 working days to finish a big cat wall mount order, 10-12 days to make a big cat tree, 4-5 days to make cat scratcher and 9-10 days to make cat or dog feeders before it is ready for dispatch

If an order of Moon Wallmount has been placed for shipping location other than Mumbai and Pune Suburbs then customer is at fault. Moon Wallmount description clearly mentions that it is only available for Pune and Mumbai area. Customer has to choose another product/products of equal value and we will ship the later chosen product/products. NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

Tower condos are actual boxes made of plywood. Only the outside wall and inside sitting surface is covered with faux fur, inside wall are exposed plywood.

NO-FUR CAT TOWER
We use commercial plywood to make our towers and stain them before applying water resistant coating on it. For Premium Cat tower we use Birch Plywood and as a standard we don’t stain them. During the cutting and sanding process some part of veneer (top layer of plywood) chips off and we don’t use filler to fill it as over the time, due to wear and tear it will come off. Also the stain is directly applied to the plywood and due to blotchy nature of wood the stain absorbed is different in different region. This is also evident in sample pictures on our website. Blotchy stain and removal of veneer doesn’t affect the functionality of the tower in any way. This process helps us to keep the towers more affordable. This issue will not in anyway be a clause for REPLACEMENT OR REFUND.
