This is because the volume & weight of your product is very high. We give an averaged costing for shipping so that it costs lesser to you. For example: A Chota Jamun cat tower package size is 46cm x 46cm x 36cm ; volumetric weight 16 kg ; scale weight 12 kgs ; the shipping company charges us for higher weight i.e. 16 kg.

The costs vary according to distance too. If it is going outside Maharashtra it costs more.
